Buffet catering experts

Our buffet catering menu is a perfect option for large events. Our team has created a varied menu to satisfy different flavour preferences. All buffets include a private chef, finger food upon arrival, and the providing of buffet tablecloths, paper serviettes, stainless steel cutlery and china crockery. Our team of experienced caterers are happy to discuss menus to suit your needs.

Upon arrival

When your guests arrive they will be served;

  • An assortment of appetizing finger food
  • An assortment of fresh fruit and vegetables will be available for your guests at a salad bar
  • Freshly baked bread and butter.

Main meals

Your private chef will offer two hot dishes of your choice, the first selection between;

A roast porterhouse, lamb or pork served with roasted potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and wine jus.


A range of international curries, pastas and stir fries, including a diced tender lamb slow cooked in a Madras curry paste, tender chicken baked in Moroccan sauce and a spinach and ricotta tortellini in Napoli sauce amongst others. 

Sweet to finish

Following the main meal, your guests will be served ;

  • An assorted platter of fresh seasonal fruits.
  • A selection of fine Australian cheeses with accompaniments
  • An assortment of cakes served with freshly whipped cream.
